THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUMSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!! I request a quote online, and they immediately got a phone call, which I thought was great. I told them about my situation, and they said they were close, and would drive by and see what they could do, and they’d give me a great deal, but they couldn’t give me a price. After the phone call, I texted the number and asked them to let me know price before they do anything. Then a different person called with a give or take price, I then said that I would call them back before going any further. I was currently at work, and needed time go get my finances in order. Well the original guy I talked to, drove out, and I then explained to him the same thing, he said “alright give us a call when you’re ready”, which I fully intended to do. Until the other guy called me back to back, telling me that that wasn’t the deal we had, and kept telling me different ways I can pay him over the phone, and I explained again that I would have to do this later on today, and I would be paying cash. Well he kept insisting I pay over the phone or electronically, and I said I can not do that at this time, he told me I was “beating around the bush” and I tried to explain to him that I fully intend to call after I get off work to have them come out to make a new key, and he tells me it’s like ordering a pizza, if you order it, you pay for it. Well I didn’t order anything, I requested a quote, which they advertised on their website. But I apologized and said I would pay the service fee for this morning as well, and he says “yea I won’t hold my breath”
