  I called A & J Mason Road Locksmiths near midnight because the key to my new apartment wasn't working. Raul patiently talked me through several possibilities over the phone and even offered to look at photos of the lock. Thanks to his advice, I was able to get inside without needing a service call—and he didn't charge me a thing. Honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend!

  We called this locksmith when our dog was locked inside our running truck. Before he arrived, an off-duty wrecker driver stopped and was able to unlock the vehicle. When the locksmith arrived and learned the truck was already being opened, he demanded payment despite not performing any service. He was trying to bully us into paying by saying "you will be in a lot of trouble if you don't pay me." We were never informed of any cancellation or trip fee when we called. The interaction became unnecessarily confrontational, and he called 911 over the dispute. Based on my experience, I would not use this company again.

  Been using Raul regularly for years now at my facility. Nothing but the best service and advice from him all this time. Consider this a max star rating for all work done since at least back to Sep 2022
