Kathy came out today and saved me! I lost the smart key to my Jeep someeewhere so I called and she didnt hesitate to come out, even on a Holiday, got it all done in the heat, and I was squared away. I had some troubles with a safe that we recently aquired in a building my boss rents. We couldn’t get it to lock automatically so I called A-1 and asked some pretty general questions, my problem was solved with a simple text and a video. Truly admirable knowledge and skill to effectively explain troubleshooting through text messages, and needless to say I’d highly recommend this company for any lock or safe related issues, as they’ll quickly and effectively help.

My dog got locked in my car and we needed immediate assistance. Steve showed up quickly but my dog somehow unlocked the door on his own. Steve refused to charge me for the trip out. Honestly the nicest human! We will definitely use him here forward and recommend him to others.
