Super helpful! We had a safe from my late grandfather from decades ago my grandmother couldn’t remember the code to, once we verified ownership he researched how to help us open it and was so accommodating and made himself available for the entire process, thank you so much!!

Purchased a house in ledyard and this company came up as well rated for replacing the old owners locks. Joanna was very nice and scheduled us for the first available about a week out. To our surprise she called us right back and let us know a cancellation happened and she could fit us in that afternoon. Technician was on time, professional, and worked quick. Final price exactly matched the reasonable quote from Joanna. Highly recommend.
