the total ended up being only $247 (after a 10% discount that i asked for given delays that were not my fault) for the new fob and labor, which for my kind of advanced vehicle is actually good for pricing.. BUT, it took an entire week and with two mistakes on their end (wrong item in stock first day and then wrong order three days later, finally got serviced four more days after that).. plus me calling them first each time for any status updates. so yes, good prices.. but overall if you’re in a hurry or cannot wait around for when they’re able to show up at any given time, do not go with this company. we fortunately have another vehicle and were able to make it work (only because i am on maternity leave with a newborn) since i happened to be home & or able to answer the phone at all times. if you need a car fob (key not included) asap though, based off of my experience.. look elsewhere. staff were friendly, just lack of urgency or communication.
