I was disappointed with my experience. I came in with my own key blanks because this shop doesn’t carry the blanks I needed. They have the equipment to cut that type of key, but they refused simply because I didn’t purchase the blanks from them. I understand businesses have the right to set their own policies, but turning away a paying customer for a service you’re fully capable of providing seems shortsighted. If you don’t sell the specific blanks a customer needs, refusing to cut them anyway doesn’t make much sense. It left me feeling like they weren’t interested in earning my business. It’s awesome though that they are doing so well that they don’t need my money.
