Last month I went in and was assisted with chaging out a broken key fob and change of a battery. Was happy for the help. Today I go in cats laying all over the counter and a crotchety old lady comes up from the desk. I tell her what I am needing she barks at me saying I would have to do it myself. I giggled said kindly that if I could do it myself I wouldn't be here .. lol 😆 anyway she barked again said they didn't offer that service I said no problem I go somewhere that did. I have used this business for years and now will find a new locksmith in the future that is willing to.assist. so much for loyalty

Came here 12.20 , 4/21/26 Was told they couldn't cut a key for me because I bought it from another source. I asked how much theirs cost and she( older woman) stated it was around 150$, mind you, I bought the replacement off Amazon for 15$. Wow let this place die! Edit 4/25: car is 2012 nissan. Nothing special. All I needed was the key cut since I can reprogram it myself. Your a locksmith/ key service but refused to help because I didn't buy my product from you guys. Home depot and Walmart only for standard keys. I expect a key service to be able to service any key; like everywhere did pre-pandemic. Everyone's out here for the dollar now. I've had a 2015 car before and made copies before for it easily, so I know it can be done on a 2012.
