  David is an incredible help! Our front door lock at our business was not very smooth. In fact it was so bad, we broke a key off in it trying to unlock it. When I went to disassemble it, I saw just how bad it was. David gave me a very helpful hint to prevent a small disaster and I was able to get it out and over to him. He was able to match the part, get all the correct hardware and make a couple of extra keys on the spot. Yes, I could have saved some money online, but not only did I get the parts immediately, but I got thorough advice and tips on how to reinstall the lock. It works remarkably well and it is done in a matter of a few minutes knowing how to properly install it from David's instructions. I have used Acme for years for reasons like David's expertise.

  I want to give a huge shout out to David! I came in with a very hard to find key and he went over and beyond to make it happen. He was incredibly helpful, personable and genuinely cared about making sure I was taken care of his customer service and rapportwere outstanding. I highly recommend having your keys made here if you’re looking for someone who truly knows their stuff and goes the extra mile ask for David.

  I had broken the key fob for my car at about 4:00 pm, and had to get that fixed in a hurry. I found Acme Locksmiths, and rushed over to their shop. David was working, and while he didn't have my exact fob in stock, he was able to transfer my fob's guts into a similar one, and it works perfectly. A very reasonable price, as well. He was responsive and knowledgeable, and worked hard to get me up and running. Thanks, David!
