Outstanding find! Big fan of small business. You can personally text the owner questions and set up an appointment. I needed a new smart key fob programmed to my car. Dale (not everyone has the credentials to program smart keys) was not in at the time but he agreed to come in and get the task done for me. He also kept my old key fob to see if it could be salvaged at all. No luck as it was washed twice in the laundry but Dale tried! Highly recommend Active Lock for your car, home safety security needs.

Outstanding service !! I had two car keys cut and programmed—one for my Honda Civic and one for my Jeep Grand Cherokee—and everything was completed in under an hour. Both keys work perfectly, and the entire process was quick, professional, and hassle-free. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure everything was tested before I left. Great prices, excellent customer service, and fast turnaround. I highly recommend Active Lock & Key for anyone needing automotive locksmith services!

This was my first time going to Active, and it was a great experience overall. My daughter lost one of the key fobs to my car, and I of course wanted to have a backup. Active was recommended to me by my mechanic because the price at the dealership was astronomical. Dale was fantastic to work with. He was honest, thorough, and efficient. His price was half the cost of the dealership and he was able to do the entire thing on the spot while I waited. Thanks again Dale and Active. I will definitely be coming back for any future needs.
