I have a 2011 volvo xc60, and when I bought the car i was given one copy of the fob to start/unlock the car. I lost the fob on my way to work, and was SOL for a good 5 days. I phoned around and on the 3rd day, was given Cadillac Jack's number, Jack wit da Cadillac. His communication was clear and effective. He was very accommodating given the timeline that i needed a key - took time out of his weekend to make a copy for me to have my car the following week. He drove to my place of work, was able to park right next to my car and do the work needed. FOR CONTEXT: I have a volvo and it is built like a tank. I know the effort it takes to get into the car to reach it's vital parts. Jack had no problem being able to access what he needed to and put everything back where it belonged in the cab. Definitely would call this guy again if I - God forbid - lost my keys again. He provided me an extra copy of the metal turn key and gave me a fob to be able to start the ignition and get her running. Personable guy, accommodating, and compassionate - highly recommend utilizing this service.
