6/26 They came to my home shortly after I called witch I thought was awesome brought two fobs with no emergency keys they had the fobs programed in no time friendly and polite. it's been a week and I still haven't received the emergency keys I have called a few times still no keys. 8/14/26 Adding to my review it's been two months I still haven't heard from them I've try to contact then 10 times or more with no reply I've even asked to speak with the owner with no reply

Great experience at Allen's Lock & Key today. Troy was incredibly knowledgeable and went out of his way to rekey my new hardware to a worn, existing key. He called promptly when the job was done, and everything was returned neatly in its packaging. I’ve already installed two of the new deadbolts and security doorknobs, and they operate smoothly. Highly recommend!
