I came in for a lock and key repair, and while I can’t speak to the technical quality of the work, I can speak to how I was treated. The owner didn’t say a single word out of line, but his contempt was written all over his face — visible disgust, like he resented me even walking in to pay for a service, same as any other customer. I was calm and respectful the entire time. This kind of blatant racism has no place in a business that depends on the public. I won’t be returning, and I hope others think twice before giving this man their money.
