    Called Josh to come out and install a keypad lock for me. Turns out the one I bought was defective and I had to get a replacement. Josh spent the time to try and get it to work and even called the tech support number to make sure he wasn't missing something. They told him the lock was bad as he suspected. What should have taken 30 minutes turned into triple that and two trips. His patience and professionalism are appreciated this day and age when a lot of people would have left me in the lurch. He did all this at a very fair price and wouldn't leave until we were comfortable with the way everything functioned. He I a true professional and wouldn't call anyone else next time I have the need. Thank you Josh!
