Called and politely and simply told the person who answered what I needed help with, he said he would call me back. Did not get a call back so called two more times and left polite simple voicemail messages asking for a call back. There was never a call back

I called Aro because my lever door handle had separated and I couldn't use my patio door. They were out within an hour. Daniel fixed the door quickly and described in detail what might be causing the issue, should I ever wish to replace parts. I will call Aro again for future locksmith needs!
