Service is A1. I lost my one and only car key to my A4 and it was irretrievable. Paul heard my concerns, was patient through my melt down, and kept it straight with everything. He explained everything from start to finish and even provided options that didn’t benefit him. That was special; It showed he genuinely tried to help and wasn’t just after my money. When I obtained the keys, he came to my car and patiently programmed 2 of them. It was fast enough & the problem was solved. He was reasonable in price and I was able to use digital payment to clear my bill. I appreciate his expertise and would recommend him to anyone!

I was searching for so long for someone to help me with my Audi Q8 and Paul came to the rescue! I had been locked out with no keys and he answered right away, ordered the key and was incredible responsive. He came to my car as soon as he had the materials and he went the extra mile to make sure everything worked!! I am so grateful

The Infotainment system in my Volkswagen was stuck in a perpetual reboot loop and Paul took the time to investigate the root cause of this issue. He ensured that every avenue was exhausted in order to find the solution and in the process, kept me updated with the progress made along the way. Paul is kind, courteous, and a true professional.
