A long time ago I had a 2005 f150 it stopped running and the mechanic at Austin’s said it would cost me 7,000 for a new engine and the labor included. I went to buy a block for it in California because the owner or manager of Austin’s said he “my truck was a pos” he said it wouldn’t make it to Bowie az and back, he said, “I’m a betting man I’ll bet you the new engine on that truck minus taxes “ and extended his hand out to me, then he said “but if you lose I’m charging you a new engine. “ I went down to right stop garage and they found the radiator hose had snapped off and that’s why my engine wasn’t working. I went back to Austin’s with my truck running and he said he stands by the diagnostic of his mechanic. Fast forward 7 years THE TRUCK IS STILL RUNNING WITHOUT EVER REPLACING THE ENGINE. I should have bet you that day. I was to young at the time to know better. 1 star review is deserved. I’ll take that bet any day of the week and I’m a betting man to.. you were owed the 1 star review.

Worst mechanic in Safford. Total scam artist. $1500 paid and they fixed nothing. If you would like examples of their customer service, check the replies to the numerous 1 star reviews. They are beyond rude. Degrading customers, bullying behavior, it's all there. Read it for yourself. Management accused a mechanic of "pushing a broom at Cadillac", another customer was told to have their hearing checked. These guys are nothing but bullies.
