    I drove here instead of the place closer to my house because this locksmith had better reviews. It was the right choice, just the nicest place. While there I also overheard a customer who had come back- Ballard Lock and Key had gone out of their way to help his family.

    Bob and Christina took great care of us. Our store was broken into, which is a very stressful situation and needs immediate attention and can put you in the position to be taken advantage of. (Has happened to us before). These guys were honest, offered a fair price, and went out of their way to help us (drove across town). They also took the extra steps to avoid it happening again. No worries with Ballard Lock and Key.
