Patrick was prompt, pleasant, competent. Rekeyed several locks, suggesting a single key which was helpful. Disabled a troublesome lock for free. Friendly, answered unrelated questions. Competitive pricing. Much better experience than hiring from the call banks, and I prefer supporting small local businesses anyway. Hired due to personal recommendations which said he's honest and kind. He didn't request the review.
