These people are so rude! My daughter called and said, I was wondering how much it would be to make a key for a VW. He proceeded to tell her, well, you're going to keep wondering cuz I don't deal with VW. Great customer service buddy.

We needed a door on the truck unlocked. I called them and explained the situation. First they gave me a tip to try so we don't have to spend the money, which is so nice of them. Unfortunately it didn't work so they came out unlocked the door and made a new key as well. Honest and polite people. Highly recommend!
