  If I could give 0 stars I would, guy very unprofessional, he bent my car door frame open out of anger as he had to do his job in the rain , he later lies and says the door was already like that. Due to him prying my door open out of anger it is now getting wet in my car and they refuse to fix his mistake. Terrible company I DO NOT RECOMMEND

  So the lock smith pulls in and the first thing he says to me after looking at the lock for 3 seconds is”I don’t think I can pick it I think I have to drill it and said it’d be $350 and I said ok fine whatever I just need inside and then after about 30-45 seconds of attempting to pick the lock he turns to me and says “yeah I can’t pick it I have to drill” so I said go ahead and then once he finishes up he then tells me it’s now $600 and not $350 even tho he didn’t tell me there was an up charge with drilling but definitely a scam company he didn’t even try to pick it or just had no idea what he was doing.. call literally any other locksmith or better yet just bust out your window and replace that I’m sure it’s cheaper and more honest. I’d give 0 stars if possible.. even installed the new lock upside down 🤦‍♂️
