I came here with a very small key that I needed several copies of, after being told at 2 different hardware stores they couldn't help me. The Bomac's tech assured me he could do it, and had me all taken care of in around 10 minutes. Fast friendly service, knowledgeable employees, and great quality for the price. Will definitely be using them again!

They have worked on my home on 3 separate occasions. Once when my contractor installed a new door, but could not get my front door mortise lock to function properly, and twice for re keying and lock repair. They are always courteous, very prompt/on time, and know exactly how to fix the problem. Henry is great as their field tech and Alan is super helpful in the store. They recently moved to a new location in Walnut Creek, but they are a longstanding business for a reason, they take care of folks well.
