I'm an ASE certified master automotive diagnostic specialist and shop owner here in the south suburbs. This company claimed to program a key for an Infiniti for one of my customers but did not program the key correctly and took $250 and left telling them that he programmed it. This vehicle sits in the garage so this was the first time they tried starting it since the key was "programmed" a while back. Low and behold it doesn't start because it says on the dash that the key is not recognized. When we called this company to tell them that they did not properly program the key before they left, they instantly became combative, rude, and even insulting me instead of just coming back out and reprogramming the key PROPERLY. So they are major scammers and I highly do not recommend this company. They lied and said they programmed the key and stole $250 from my customer and when asked to come out and correct the issue they became combative and aggressive. I will recommend to my customer that they file a lawsuit through small claims court and I will be a witness and testify for them
