He was so nice and really quick. From the time i called to get someone to help to the time he got there was so fast. It took less than 5 min to get my husbands truck open . 5 stars !!!!!

Daniel was excellent!! We had a key stuck in the ignition. After a stop at autozone and a local mechanic shop we thought we would be in for about $200 at least . We tried Doug's and within 3 minutes Daniel figured out the issue and resolved it for way less then the expected. Thank you Doug's and especially Daniel.

Excellent service from start to finish. I had a difficult house lock that required multiple attempts to get the right key made, but they went above and beyond to make sure it was done correctly. They tried several different methods, including copying my existing key, using the factory ID, matching it directly to the lock type, and even carefully shaving down the key for a perfect fit. Their persistence, attention to detail, and willingness to keep working until everything functioned smoothly was incredibly impressive. You can tell they genuinely care about doing quality work and helping their customers. I highly recommend them for anyone needing reliable and knowledgeable locksmith services.
