I called AAA when my key broke off in the ignition after a doctor’s appointment. Ashley and Teresa were helpful and friendly on the phone, and to be Michael M. was the tech dispatched out. Although from start to finish it took a few hours because they were on other calls, once Michael arrived he was very friendly and efficient. He programmed and cut two new keys and got me on my way in 15 minutes or so. Calling a locksmith isn’t an everyday thing, so I appreciated their professionalism and care.

Made the call for a lost car FOB. Tech was arrived before midday and had us in the car within half an hour and at a cost less from a competitor quoted who could only offer us next day service. So appreciative to Elite.

This locksmith works with AAA and since I am premier I got money towards my locksmith call. Ok the tech was amazing, knowledgeable and honest. Turned out reprogramming my keys would have possibly caused more headache since the issue seemed to maybe be an electrical issue. The one problem I have is that I paid ahead of time for two key fobs to be reprogrammed and then didn’t need them reprogrammed. I have been calling and every time I hit my number choice it answers and then a few seconds later the phone hangs up!!! This happened ten times. I finally figured to leave a message and did that but no return call. I also emailed and have yet to get a response although I did get this email that offered me to put in a review. Again the tech was fantastic but right now I have a major concern with having paid maybe more than I needed to? So Elite if you are out there looking at my review get to me. Check your email and messages cause PR is just as important as that great tech you have on board. UPDATE - I waited a week and called again since the phone call was always disconnected right after the service. ****The woman I got on the phone today was very combative and argumentative. I was only trying to understand why if a fob was not reprogrammed which is what I paid for, and not working, that I would be charged the same amount to plug it into their tool to check it. I would assume that goes with the visit. Biggest gripe is the lady on the phone today. By the way Elite, a good PR person goes a long way. I was just trying to explain what happened with my fobs and understand my charges, not looking to battle.
