  After calling several times over several days, we finally decided to just go up there. Not sure who she was but I pulled up here this AM to have a simple cylinder lock replaced. Some lady lets us get all the way to the door, after the gentleman she was speaking to greeted us(had a shirt from a different bussiness on) then squawks out from her truck "can i help you" and the tone immediately soured the experience. Anyone reading this knows the difference in tone between being helpful and being annoyed and this woman was clearly annoyed we showed up. So between my phone calls and messages being ignored to this lady clearly not wanting our hussiness, this is the first and last time I'll go here.
