This "1 Star" raing is only for my recent visit. When going to store to pick up 5 paint samples that I had ordered online, I decided I needed a 6th one. I went to the paint counter and a clerk asked what I needed. I gave him the color card and told him I needed a sample jar of a particular color. He stated that he could not do a sample and the best he could do was mix me a quart. I told him I didn't understand because I was there to pick up the other 5 samples that ordered online. He just stared at me and related that he didn't know why that was. Confused I returned the paint sample card and went to the front register to pay for another item and to pick up my online paint samples order. The five samples I ordered online were correct and waiting at the register. Not sure if paint clerk was lazy or just misinformed/not trained.

Love going to Florence Ace. They always have what I am looking for. I have come in looking for something unusual, and every they have what I need. This store is the example for all other to follow!
