    They had me wait in front of the store from 10:20 am to 12:10 saying that the paint guy was on his 15 minute break!! The paint shop was closed for the half an hour which was supposed to take 15 mins and no one else was there to help

    I've been shopping here for years since I moved into the city, and it's one of those neighborhood stores I always enjoy coming back to. They have a little bit of everything and the staff are friendly and helpful.

    Sam is the rudest employee I've ever encountered at this store. I live nearby and visit frequently. As soon as I entered the store and asked for a simple request, Sam answered in an extremely agitated way and I could instantly tell he didn't want to help. I'd recommend hiring people who actually have decent social skills but understand that it's slim pickings for quality employees.
