Called their emergency number due to a house-sitter locking our spare key inside the house when we returned from vacation. Locksmith was extremely rude on the phone and hung up on me. Do not recommend -- and if there are multiple employees and the owner reads this: you guys need to get rid of the one "who has been doing this for 15 years" because apparently in his 15 years he never learned "be nice to the customer."

Exceptional service and work! We had an old lock from the 40s or 50s that we had lost the key for and was hoping a new key could be made, instead of replacing the whole lock -as replacing it would have been more complicated. No problem for G&L! Their locksmith was able to recreate a key while I waited. (And yes, we got extra copies so this doesn’t happen again!) I highly recommend G&L for any locksmithing needs!
