A friend recommended them when the key fob for my car stopped working despite my changing the batteries. They quoted me a much lower price for a replacement fob than the dealership. I went in and the guy behind the counter offered to take a look at it before replacing the whole fob just in case something else was wrong with it. 3 minutes later he came back and let me know the new battery just wasn't strong enough. He popped a better one in and $10 later I was happily on my way. He literally saved me hundreds of dollars rather than just take my money.
