There was no service to rate. I had a flat tire on the way to work, and when I called for a tow, they said someone could meet me in the next 10-15 minutes. I told them exactly where I was, yet I was left waiting for over an hour. I tried calling for an update, but nobody answered, and I never received a call back. I ended up getting a ride to a tire shop and changing it myself, but had to take off work. Definitely would not waste my time on this place again.
