Amazing service! John was the only service provider that picked up when we called around 9:00 PM. The whole tumbler fell out of the front door lock and John came by in a jiffy, popped out the old lock and installed a new tumbler set. The set even matched our keys, so we didn't need to get new ones made! On top of that, John was super personable and patient. He even helped get a bullfrog out of the house that snuck in! Also, very reasonably priced, especially for after hours service. Additionally, he knows his craft well. While he was repairing the front door, I asked if he could make a backup key for a rare 50 year old VW convertible that my dad owns. John has been the only person so far that has been able to find us a good lead, the VW dealership couldn't even help get a backup key! Look, if you're locked out right now, and reading this, quit searching and call Hercules. You won't regret it!

Great service!! Quick and efficient also time savvy. If you're in need of the help they are also great on pricing. After hours is not his normal rate and still under 200.
