We called, wanted to make an appointment and was told they only cut keys through appointments, when we made the appointment she said if it gets busy then she might cancel the appointment, and she put me on a hold in the beginning of our conversation, she showed that she is very busy, and didn’t want to listen to what we had to say- didn’t care about serving customer at all. She hung up on our mid conversation, which was very rude and disrespectful, she said she is busy and to call her on a later time and hung up right away. If there was less than one start I would’ve given that to her! She told us to cut the key that we already have and to order one and then cut the order one is the same price which didn’t make sense since we already did ordered the key!
