Title: Extremely Disappointing Experience – Proceed with Caution I am writing this review to warn others, especially women, about my recent experience with IQ Locksmith and the owner, Isaac. I hired this company to help secure my home, specifically requesting a high-security solution. Isaac charged me $650 for a commercial-grade lock, assuring me it was pick-proof and would prevent unauthorized entry. Not only did the lock fail to function properly—it actually became stuck—but the issue I hired him to solve remains completely unresolved. When I contacted him to address the malfunctioning hardware, he refused to return to service the lock or provide a refund. Furthermore, I later discovered that the lock he charged me $650 for retails for approximately $70. The markup, combined with his service fees, feels like predatory pricing. Beyond the poor workmanship and the significant financial loss, I found Isaac to be extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for their locksmith needs. Do not trust your home security or your business to this individual.
