I went in to have a key made yesterday afternoon for a lock on a trailer. The lady that copied the key didn't match the blank properly to the original key. The new key is useless for the lock as it will not go into the lock. I was referred to them by Ace hardware in Howell. Hopefully when they open on Monday they can make it right or give a refund.
