John responded to my call immediately and was at my house within an hour. He not only fixed the problem, he showed me another way to correct a battery problem. He didn’t rush and was respectful of my property. I would definitely use him again.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the team at John’s Lock and Safe. I was in a massive time crunch, needing to move a "behemoth" of a gun safe across the country that hadn't been opened in 14 years. From the start, Jessica was incredible. Her deep knowledge of safes put me at ease immediately, and she even gave me several tips to try before we sent for a technician. On a Friday night, John dropped everything to help me out. Not only did he get the safe open so I could leave San Diego on schedule, but he took the time to explain the inner workings step-by-step. I left feeling confident in how to operate it and truly appreciated the "masterclass" he gave me. 10/10—don’t go anywhere else for your locksmith needs!
