    Second use for troublesome vehicle, and, again, top marks for primary solution. New lock access for the vehicle (secondary solution), which others couldn't do. This time they ALSO saved us following a lost battery in the HEB parking lot. I'm not saying that's a regularly anticipated occurrence or a reasonable service... but it certainly was a huge save. K-B Safe & Lock Co. for the win (again).
