  We recently purchased a new intercom for our condo building, and Alex came out to install it. From the start, his communication was great and he arrived exactly on time. The job immediately turned out to be more challenging than expected: the supplier had shipped the wrong parts, and our building's old wiring was a total mystery. Where other contractors would have walked away and told us to fix the issues before rescheduling, Alex remained incredibly patient, friendly, and solution-oriented. He worked with me to figure out the wiring and found a workaround for the wrong parts so we could finish the installation that day. His workmanship is of very high quality, from the gate mounting to the maintenance room wiring. To top it all off, as Alex was leaving, he noticed our front door lock was malfunctioning. He took an extra 30 minutes to fix it on the spot, completely free of charge, just because he wanted to make sure our building was secure. Alex is a stellar locksmith, and we will won't hesitate to call him again.
