Key copy took under 60 seconds! This was a bit of a complicated one. They could have easily given me the runaround and told me they had to check a bunch of stuff and overcharge me etc, but THEY DID NOT! They took what I asked and carried it out the best way possible. Price was much lower than the key copier machines. Quality seems great. This doesn't necessarily matter, but the store is in great shape and they were very nice to me.

I lost my patio door keys. So I took the lock to this business, and they quickly generated the key in 5 minutes. The staff are kind and the shop is so clean and welcoming while I waited. Highly recommend if you need a locksmith.

Called for a simple office door lockout and could not be happier with how it was handled. Jessie was helpful when she anwsered the phone. The technician Dan got the door open quickly, then instead of just replacing the whole knob, he removed the tumblers from the cylinder so it now operates like a privacy lock, turns with a screwdriver, no key required. That one call saved me $40-50 over buying a brand-new knob, and I no longer have to worry about getting locked out of that door again. What stood out most was that he walked me through exactly what he did and why, rather than just handing me a bill. Honest, efficient, and clearly knows the trade. Highly recommend and Licenced!!!
