Jacob was so very kind, helpful and professional. He even insisted I come back the next day if everything didn’t work which was my own vehicle’s issue and not his and he was quick to resolve the problem! I even ran into some employees from Gulfport High School and they said they always come there.

Excellent service, super people! Locked my keys in the back of my box truck. They had it opened in less than 2 minutes! 8 bucks. I gave em a 20 and left with my keys.

I called at 4:40 left keys in house, said it would be around 5:10 or 5:15 till tech would arrive, which would be time and a half cause of after business hours, $128.00 no problem. I asked if I should call back if he hadn’t arrived by that time, she said “yes you can call back if you want”. 5:40 I call get answering machine leave message. Wait for another 30 minutes, call back shortly after 6:00 and tech answers and I’m enquirer on the status of my situation, told me he didn’t have me on his call ticket. I told him thank you and that I would leave a 5 star rating on Yelp for the outstanding service that I received.
