I understand that sometimes people have bad days, but if you don't have the patience to work in customer service, then you shouldn't be doing it. The employee was very rude to customers and didn't even have the patience to answer the phone. Before taking the call, he even asked, "Why are people calling?" Seriously? Very poor customer service, but above all, a terrible attitude.

I had a safe that was locked and the key would not open it anymore. I brought it down and they opened it up within minutes. He was extremely fair, very knowledgeable and a true professional.
