I had a mechanic tell me there was something wrong with my key because of the anti-lock light being on. Had them come over and told me that it wasn't the key, but something with my start-up which i already suspected. Charged me a $ 50 service fee which i wouldn't have minded because they came out. Then, proceeded to charge me a $40 diagnostic fee. Diagnostic for what ??? something i already knew. They did not tell me which part of my startup specifically and recommended i see a mechanic. So what did they diagnose? Just a way to take people money, which is a shame. Also charged a $10 processing fee when i used tap to pay, making my total 96.72 when no actual service was provided. They are money hungry for sure and don't care about actually helping people.

I had a great experience getting a replacement key fob for my Camaro! Luis was super helpful, professional, and made the entire process quick and easy. Very transparent with the pricing as well. He explained my options clearly between OEM and aftermarket, and I ended up getting an OEM key for a very reasonable price. Everything was programmed and working perfectly before they left. Definitely recommend them if you need a replacement car key or key fob. Thank you, Luis! 😊
