I had an issue while visiting my in-laws with the key fob for their truck we were using. They looked at it, spent quite a bit of time on the issue and explained it was the truck - not the fob. They were very nice and professional. I definitely recommend going to Redwood Lock for any of your key issues - vehicle, business or home. The review questions had me put in a price even though they did not charge me for the time they spent on my issue. If they could have fixed it, the cost would have been a very reasonable $45.
