While traveling for work, I had a flat tire on my rental. Kevin's response was prompt and he was very personable. To keep up with their work, he swapped trucks with Houston and Houston brought the vehicle and myself to the airport in Lexington so I could continue my journey home. I have never been so comfortable in the company of strangers before. I highly recommend S & H Towing.

Our driver, Houston, was very nice, friendly and very easy to speak with. He got us safely to the repair shop with no trouble at all after being stood up by another company.
