They towed my car then charged me 450.00 one day then to top it off the older guy with gray hair was really rude and staring my 11 year old daughter down like she was a jolly rancher sick in every way I can’t believe the way he was looking at my child took everything I had to just pay for car and go

The price was outrageous to get towed with no respect to the vehicle. Not to mention the customer service was awful and unprofessional.

Back in September my brother got arrested and got his motorcycle impounded by Shaws. My brothers screw up, I know. However he had MY car key on his keyring that shaws took. I called trying to just get my key back and they said to retrieve anything off the motorcycle is $1000 cash!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!? I figured I’d have to pay something but $1000 seems steep. I’ll be sure to never think of this money hungry company for any future needs!
