  I can’t say enough good things about Patrick at Slocum’s Lock & Key. He is knowledgeable, professional, and reliable. I called him toward the end of the workday and he answered immediately. He was at my house within the hour, I was expecting to wait until the next morning at the earliest! I was having an issue with my front door not opening and Patrick quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He also took the time to explain exactly what was causing the issue and how he resolved it, which I really appreciated. On top of that, he inspected the back door, offered recommendations, and even made new keys on the spot. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise, prompt service, and good customer care. I highly recommend Patrick and Slocum’s Lock & Key, and will be calling again for any future locksmith needs.

  So here I was on a Sunday afternoon, attempting to do a repair in a rental apartment in Stamford. The key snapped off in the lock. Now I have the tenant's dog locked inside, and the tenant will be home in a few hours with no way to get into the apartment. Quick Google and called Slocum's. When the phone was answered, it was not an answering service, not a recording telling me to leave a message and hoping for a call back - it was the owner, Patrick. Within 60 minutes of the call, a new lock was installed, new keys, and a happy dog and tenant!
