I had an issue with a lock on a piece of equipment. I called and instead of offering a service, the gentleman explained how I could easily fix myself. Appreciated his approach and assistance without providing me a service that could be avoided. Five star experience. Very genuine business.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mr. Jeff at Suffolk Lock and Key! After my mother passed, I needed help opening her safe. Unfortunately, the instructions she left behind were extremely confusing, and after countless failed attempts and growing frustration, I finally called Suffolk Lock and Key for help. From the very beginning, Mr. Jeff was patient, compassionate, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He even asked me to send photos of the instructions to his personal cell phone so he could walk me through everything step-by-step. He stayed committed to helping me through several attempts until, finally, SUCCESS — the safe opened! Now here’s the part that absolutely blew me away: the service charge would have been $179, but Mr. Jeff, being the honest, kind-hearted, and genuinely good man that he is, refused to charge me a single penny. In a world where exceptional customer service is becoming rare, Mr. Jeff reminded me that there are still truly decent people out there who care more about helping others than making money. His kindness during a difficult and emotional time meant more to me than words can express. Suffolk Lock and Key has earned a customer for life, and I will recommend Mr. Jeff to absolutely everyone I know.
