For the Grants Pass Location off Agness…Really disappointed today, I’ve always gotten my keys cut here on multiple occasions. It’s close to my work, fast and simple. He’s been my recommendation to all my tenets and clients for getting keys copied. But today I came in with a key I know for fact I had cut at this location. It simply was just an hair too wide to fit and I was happy to pay for the recut since it had taken me so long to come by and handle it. The gentleman inside told me he did not not produce that key because he would never use the kind of key. I handed him as reference of what body didn’t work for my mailbox. I explain to him very clearly and exactly that I did absolutely get the key copied by him exactly, at the same time we had a giggle about the pistol keys they cut and I additionally purchased. I was happy to pay for it but instead he wanted to make sure I understood the key was not purchased from them and alternatively Walmart cut the key…but to my understanding Walmart hasn’t cut keys for several years. I’m not sure what caused this lapse of memory for the gentleman I interacted with today but unfortunately I was not willing to continue my business after being spoken to in such a condescending manner. I know I am young but I am a business owner just like you and deserve respect especially when I always patronize your business with a smile.

He fixed the door on my travel trailer that wouldn't open. 15 minutes in and out. I've used them for 20+ years, its always been a great experience.
