Amazingly fast and courteous service! I needed a duplicate car key fob and received a competitive price quote by text before the technician arrived. When he got here, the same quoted price was already shown in his system—no surprises or hidden fees. The technician called to let me know he was nearby, arrived promptly, and had my new key fob made and programmed in less than 10 minutes. Their price was also lower than most of the competitors I contacted. Excellent service, great pricing, and a very smooth experience. I would definitely use Security Locksmith again and highly recommend them!

The worst locksmith business in Northern Va an ISRAELI family business and to be more specific , those people come from Haifa one of the most luxurious city in the state of Israel ! I know because I have a friend that used to work there! As a matter of fact, their answering service loop was from the there! Anywho, to explain why I chose the lowest possible rating is because on that dreadful day my locksmith was intoxicated and came three hours late I can smell the Bacardi from his breath when he spoke . I was told by Ronen Depaz ( owner ) that the reason he was not on time because there was an accident on 395 highway? Not true! There was absolutely no accident. The guy smelled like alcohol and he was very Rude! On the phone . I had to wait in the middle of south Glebe area outside my car , locked out and also I needed road side assistance! My tire was flat . I was extremely upset with my son inside the car crying! Total security should improve who they hire. Also I did some research and come to find out , this company charges way over the limit when it comes to to car lockouts. Like $150 more ! Very expensive I personally would not recommend Total security to the DMV areas what’s so ever .
