Thank you Tri County! Hector came out super quickly and fixed our front door latch that was broken, and also did a mobile key copy. So easy, fast, and well done.

The service provided was remarkable. I needed a key fob for the vehicle in which I was leaving in a few days. A local hardware that made key fobs said my truck computer had a problem so they couldn’t program it, and I would have to go to the dealer. At Tri-County Locksmith Will went the extra mile to search for the right key fob that he couldn’t find and thought he would have to order for which I couldn’t wait. It took a while and he found it and programmed it without an issue. When I went to pay, his machine was not processing my apple wallet VISA card I wanted to use and I did not have the card details to give him. He trusted me to leave and call back the details which I did when I got home. In this day and age you rarely find this kind of personal service that harkens back to a time before the impersonalization of today’s technology where the customer is often irrelevant and money is the bottom line. Suffice to say, you will be hard pressed to find any business that can equal Tri-County Locksmith’s customer service!

Wel-Jara and the rest of the team have been fantastic to work with. They responded to my need immediately and had the issue resolved in under 24 hours which was quite impressive. I am more than satisfied with the level of service received, and can’t recommend them enough!
