I have been calling several locksmiths for quotes on programming my third-party key fob to my car as a backup. AJ’s quote was a tad higher Than others, but he warned me against a $50 quote as there is a national scam bait and switch on invoicing. AJ also took the time to review with me the onboard instructions for programming my key fob which I had tried earlier with no success. He walked me through the procedure, and pointed Me to one mistake I may have made, and AJ encouraged me to try again. I followed the instructions with the corrected procedure and it worked! Because of the time AJ spent with me over the phone, I offered to pay him a nominal service fee because his time was worth the money to me, and he refused it. Guess where I am going to go when I need a locksmith for any reason, you got it right, I will be going to VIP locksmiths for AJ to do the work. I was impressed with his integrity, and that is worth everything to me in choosing companies that I use.
